Terms of use

Last updated October 2, 2026. Draft for legal review.

Information only

Cradle Score summarizes published evidence about baby products for general information. It is not medical, legal or safety advice, and a score is not a safety certification. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, your pediatrician, and CPSC, NHTSA and AAP guidance.

Accuracy

We work to keep pages accurate and show when each was last checked, but products, materials and recalls change. Check the manufacturer and recall databases before you buy or use a product.

Third-party links

We link to sources and retailers we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cradle Score isn't liable for decisions made based on the site or for losses arising from its use.

Content

Text, scores and design on this site belong to Cradle Score. Brand and product names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
